Customs and Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Packages that are refused or undeliverable will incur a 40% restocking fee plus related shipping costs.

Additional Information:

  • Free Shipping: Orders with free shipping are sent via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. A signature is required for orders over $500. If you require signature service for any shipment, please select this option at checkout. Sarah Elise is not liable for loss claims if a package is signed for at delivery.
  • Express Shipping: For urgent orders, we recommend UPS express shipping options. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping couriers.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.
  • International Shipping: We use DHL Express or UPS for International Standard Shipping, with a delivery timeline of 7-9 business days. Duties and taxes may apply, and you will be responsible for these costs. Sarah Elise has no control over these fees and cannot advise on the costs, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We are unable to reimburse duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
