RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATION & REPAIRS
Return, Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Returns:
We gladly accept returns on undamaged and unworn items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging (Sophia Eva Jewelry box and pouch).
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Ship items back within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For returns from outside the U.S., we are not liable for any import/customs fees required by the mail carrier.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Customized or personalized orders
- Platinum orders
- Bracelets and necklaces with extensions (non-refundable)
- Eternity rings (eligible for exchanges only)
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. The new item must be available for purchase at the time of the exchange and within 14 days of the original purchase. The credit does not apply to future purchases and is limited to one exchange per piece. After the final one-time exchange, no further returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed. Refunds are not available if 14 days have passed since you received the product.
Repairs:
We offer free size adjustments within 14 days of the return period, except for personalized items. For other repairs, we charge a fee. While our jewelry is made from high-quality solid gold, it should be handled with utmost care as it is not indestructible.
How to Return:
- Send a message to: info@sophiaevajewelry.com to receive the return address.
- Pack your unworn, undamaged jewelry in its original packaging.
- Include the invoice or your order number.
- Ship the item back and provide us with the tracking number.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. As we work to dispatch orders quickly, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 40% restocking fee.
